What are eyelash extensions?Eyelash extensions is the art of applying a synthetic eyelash extension to a natural eyelash to enhance your lash line by adding thickness, length, and fullness. The extensions is carefully applied to your natural eyelash to create a customized look for each and every client. Eyelash extensions hold a curl and create the appearance of mascara and a darkened lash line eliminating the need for daily eye makeup.

How long do eyelash extensions last?Eyelash extensions can last 2-3 weeks with proper care aftercare. The longevity of your eyelash extensions will depend on what makeup products and makeup remover you use as well as how often you may touch your lashes. As eyelash technicians, we rely on clients to follow aftercare procedures at home. A lot of the lash longevity is determined by client care after you leave the studio. What is a fill or "touch up"?A fill or "touch up" appointment is needed to keep your eyelash extensions looking their best. After your initial application of lashes you will begin to noticed the natural shedding of your extensions. This is completely normal and means your natural lashes are growing and shedding freely just as they would without extensions. As extensions shed, you will need to return in 2-3 weeks. During your appointment we will safely remove extensions that have grown out as well as reapply any extensions that have shed. Keeping a regular touch up schedule will keep your lashes full, fluffy, and as healthy as possible.

Will my natural real lashes fall out?!The eyelash extension process, when done correctly, will not damage or pull out your natural lashes. Each lash extension is chosen based on length and thickness and attached to your natural lash with precision. Our natural lashes grow and shed in a cycle (we lose 2-5 natural lashes per day) which means that the extension attached to those natural lashes will also shed.
Frequent touching or pulling on your lash extensions after they have been applied will result in irritation and most likely the falling out of your natural lashes. Try and resist the urge to touch or pull on your new long and luscious lashes to get the most use out of them! Do you have more questions about eyelash extensions and what they can do for you?
